- Carcass Material: 18mm Boiling Water Resistant (BWR) Plywood or Commercial Ply (IS:303), specifically selected for humid climates to prevent warping.
- Door Finish: 1mm Premium High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) in Matte, Suede, or Textured Wood Grain finish.
- Internal Finish: 0.8mm White or Frosty White laminate for easy cleaning and light reflection.
- Edge Banding: Machine-pressed 2mm PVC edge banding matching the shutter color for a seamless look.
Hardware & Storage
- Mechanism: Soft-close hinges (Hettich, Hafele, or similar standard) to prevent slamming.
- Handles: Standard Stainless Steel (SS) or Black Powder Coated handles up to 12 inches.
- Internal Layout: Includes adjustable shelves, chrome-finished oval hanging rods, and one drawer unit (set of 2 drawers) with telescopic channels and lock.
- Loft Storage: Independent shutters included if height extends to ceiling.
