About Elegant Butterfly Themes
When we set up these butterfly themes, we don't just stick balloons to the wall. We use rigid backdrops, either 8x8 ft metal frames or hardboard panels, that provide a solid structure for the organic balloon garlands. We focus on the lighting, specifically the LED butterfly wings and neon signage, which need a power point nearby. Before you book, check if your hall or living room has a plug point close to where you want the photo zone, as those wires need to be tucked away neatly.
Our Butterfly Theme Setup
We designed this theme for clients who want something modern and bright for their baby showers or first birthdays. The setup is designed to be the focal point of the event, whether it is in a compact apartment or a larger banquet hall in Mumbai.
What goes into the setup:
- The Structure: We use high-quality 8x8 ft rental structures or hardboard panels to build the backdrop. This gives the decor a professional finish that stands on its own.
- Balloon Art: We use a mix of matte, pastel, and chrome balloons. The 'organic' style means we vary the balloon sizes, which creates that full, flowing look you see in our photos.
- The Highlights: The LED butterfly wings and neon name signs are our most popular additions. These require a power supply, so keep that in mind when choosing the setup location.
Logistics and Process: We are based in Borivali and handle decoration across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. Because we use rental panels and structured props, our team needs approximately two hours for installation. We arrive, assemble the frame, inflate and style the balloons on-site, and position the lighting props.
Planning Your Event: If you have a specific color palette in mind—like deeper pinks, soft lavenders, or gold accents—let us know. We can adjust the balloon shades to match your event theme. We also suggest discussing the venue space with us, as we can scale the backdrop size depending on whether you are hosting in a small home or a community hall.
