Our Butterfly Theme Setup

We designed this theme for clients who want something modern and bright for their baby showers or first birthdays. The setup is designed to be the focal point of the event, whether it is in a compact apartment or a larger banquet hall in Mumbai.

What goes into the setup:

• The Structure: We use high-quality 8x8 ft rental structures or hardboard panels to build the backdrop. This gives the decor a professional finish that stands on its own.
• Balloon Art: We use a mix of matte, pastel, and chrome balloons. The 'organic' style means we vary the balloon sizes, which creates that full, flowing look you see in our photos.
• The Highlights: The LED butterfly wings and neon name signs are our most popular additions. These require a power supply, so keep that in mind when choosing the setup location.

Logistics and Process: We are based in Borivali and handle decoration across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. Because we use rental panels and structured props, our team needs approximately two hours for installation. We arrive, assemble the frame, inflate and style the balloons on-site, and position the lighting props.
