About Criminal Law

I got into criminal law because I wanted to see justice done, but real life in the courts is rarely straightforward. Kabhi-kabhi (sometimes) you prep for weeks, only for a hearing to get postponed or the other party to vanish. I don’t sugarcoat the ups and downs of the criminal justice system - you’ll always get the real picture from me.

How I Work

Knowing the law isn’t enough. You need someone who understands the bail application process, exceptions to legal rules, and the actual ground-level procedures. I break down every step for you, whether it’s during arrest, bail or cross-examination, so you’re not in the dark.

Types of Cases I Take

  • Bail matters: Getting you out is usually the first fight. I’ll explain your rights, especially in tough situations.
  • White-collar crime defense: I handle PMLA, PC Act, and other complex financial cases.
  • Challenging illegal detention: If police messed up jurisdiction or paperwork, I know how to push back.
  • Domestic violence criminal proceedings: These cases need sensitivity and clarity, especially under IPC 498A.
  • Cheque bounce legal advice: Section 138 issues sorted, whether you’re accused or complainant.

My Strategy in Court

I’m in Delhi courts almost every day. You’ll see me using both tech (iPad, bookmarks) and old-school files, whatever helps your case move faster. If we hit a biased judge, I can file for a transfer.

Teamwork

I work with Law Chambers of Amish Aggarwala. Kabhi lagta hai (sometimes feels like) the system tries to wear you down, but our team always has your back.

My Story

I’m Karan, and well, law wasn’t some childhood dream - I just thought maybe I could actually help someone, you know? Day one, I got fired for messing up an adjournment. Still here though, chasing that sukoon (peace) they talk about in litigation. Sometimes it’s chaos, sometimes you get justice for someone and it feels right. When I’m not in court, I’m out trekking in the hills, just trying to hit reset. Balance, yaar.

My Work

What I do - I handle criminal and civil litigation in Delhi - PC Act, PMLA, HMA, arbitration, family law, plus I’m a trademark attorney.

How I work - I keep it real. No legalese, just straight talk about your case. You’ll always know where you stand.

Tech-savvy litigation - No moti filein (thick files) here. I use tablets, bookmarks, everything digital to keep things simple and fast.

Court realities - Litigation is messy. Delays happen, but I’m always ready and punctual. I don’t sugarcoat it.

Teamwork & mentorship - I work with a bunch of young lawyers at Law Chambers of Amish Aggarwala. We joke, but every case gets attention.
