Legal Mentorship and Community Engagement
Law isn't just about courtrooms. I actively engage with law students at Delhi colleges, mentoring the next generation through moot courts and internship fairs to share the real-world side of the profession.
I was honored to be invited as a judge for the Intra Trial Advocacy Competition at IMS Law College. It is a privilege to help shape the advocacy skills of future lawyers.
Representing the Chamber of AOR Amish Aggarwala at an internship fair at Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management. I was impressed by the students' legal knowledge and enthusiasm.
Receiving a token of appreciation at the internship fair. It was a great experience interacting with aspiring law students and sharing insights about a career in litigation.
About Mentorship and Community
When you reach out for help, you are talking to a lawyer who is active on the ground, not a faceless office. I spend a lot of time at places like Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management and IMS Law College, mentoring students, and this same 'no-nonsense' approach applies to my casework. Whether it is an urgent bail plea or a contract review, I keep my workflow digital so you get updates in real time, without waiting on slow, physical paper trails.
The gap between what is taught in law school and what actually happens in a Delhi courtroom is wide. I bridge that gap by working with the Law Chambers of Amish Aggarwala to train interns and judging moot courts where students get to face real-world pressure.
This isn't just about giving back; it keeps me sharp. When I am not in court, I am breaking down complex legal processes for people—like how bail is actually granted, or why a legal notice is necessary.
My practice is built on transparency. In litigation, delays happen and judges can be unpredictable. I don't sugarcoat these facts. If you hire me, you will know exactly what the strategy is, why we are taking a specific route, and what the risks are. I use digital tools to manage files so we can pull up case laws or evidence instantly, minimizing the usual courtroom delays. Whether you are dealing with a white-collar crime matter, a family dispute, or a simple trademark issue, you get a direct line to my experience, not a complex legal runaround.
Karan Ahuja
I’m Karan. Law is a craft you learn by doing, not just reading. Whether I'm judging moot courts or guiding interns at our chamber, I focus on the ground realities of the profession rather than the stuffy academic theories.
