A Note on Our Pickles
The pickles you see here are made with cold-pressed mustard oil and sendha namak (pink salt). We don't use heavy preservatives, which is why they taste like the ones your dadi used to make. When you open a jar of our Bharwa Mirchi or Sweet Lime pickle, you are getting pure, unadulterated flavor.
