A lot of people worry that simpler designs won't show up well, but that's exactly why I insist on using my own homemade organic henna cones. Because there are fewer, finer lines, the quality of the stain matters even more. My paste is mixed fresh with essential oils, ensuring that even the most delicate patterns leave a rich, deep colour that lasts.

The Importance of the Stain
When you choose a lighter, more spaced-out design, the darkness of the stain becomes the hero. With heavy bridal work, the density of the pattern hides minor imperfections. With minimalist art, you need a high-quality, potent henna mix.
That is why I hand-mix every batch of my organic henna myself. I use high-quality Rajasthani henna powder and specific essential oils like clove and eucalyptus. Because my cones are free of chemicals and shortcuts, you get that deep, maroon stain that typically takes 24 to 48 hours to fully develop.
