We are Shiv and Mohit, and our practice is born from a simple question: How do we bring the serenity of Lake Como or the architectural boldness of Dubai to our roots in Jalandhar? Our answer is not in replicating trends but in deep, site-specific research. We operate as a single team where architecture, interior design, and MEP planning happen concurrently, ensuring the final result feels cohesive.
