My Story

People ask, 'Since when do you run?' I just laugh - since forever, yaar. Used to be that wild kid on the tracks, hair all over, shoes untied, but always running after something big. Left my brand manager desk for the sweat and music of the studio. Fell, got up, built my own crazy fitness family. Ten years, so many ups and downs, but this is my purpose. When my story helps someone believe in themselves - bas, that’s my real win.

My Work

What I do - I lead Zumba Toning classes, Strong Nation HIIT, plyometric training for runners, marathon warm-ups, and corporate fitness workshops.

Zumba is not just dance - Trust me, Zumba is a full-body HIIT party. We sweat, we laugh, we get real results, not just moves.
