We believe food should be an experience. Here, our Keshri Paneer Tikka is served on a personal charcoal grill, smoking with spices right at the table. It's this attention to detail and a touch of drama that we bring to every event.

Our approach to Pan-Asian cuisine is modern and artful. This is our signature pink sushi, presented on a bed of dry ice for a dramatic effect. We love creating dishes that are as beautiful to look at as they are to eat.

A feast for the eyes and the palate. This lavish grazing table features a curated selection of artisanal cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruits, and nuts. It's perfect for creating a relaxed, social atmosphere where guests can mingle and enjoy.

We love a grand celebration. A champagne tower is more than just a drink; it's a centrepiece, a photo opportunity, and a memorable moment that adds a touch of sparkle and elegance to your special occasion.

While we love experimenting with global cuisines, we also have a deep respect for the classics. There's nothing quite like the aroma and taste of hot, crispy jalebis being made fresh at a live counter, a comforting favourite for guests of all ages.

My Story

We’re Zest, the bespoke catering arm of Embassy Leisure, with Chef Vikas Seth leading the kitchen as Culinary Director. Food’s not just what’s on the plate, it’s a whole chat, a memory, a vibe you want for your day. You tell us what you love, what you’ve tasted somewhere, what you miss from childhood, and we get cooking. Mango season is chaos, in a good way! Got a Best Caterers of South India award too, so yeah, people seem to like what we do.
