We are a community-powered group of volunteers, parents, and everyday citizens working to make Gurgaon greener. Meet the people driving our initiatives and see the milestones we’ve hit together.

A proud moment for our community as we receive a certificate of felicitation from the Municipal Corporation of Gurugram (MCG). This recognition acknowledges our significant contributions to the city's environmental well-being.

We are grateful to have received our first appreciation award from the Joint Commissioner of the Swachh Bharat Mission. This honor from the MCG recognizes our community's dedicated efforts in promoting a zero-waste lifestyle.

Our founder, Juhi, holding our certificate from the MCG for the 'Swachhata Hi Seva' campaign. This award is a tribute to every single volunteer and community member who has joined us in our mission.

Meet the facilitators behind our community events. We are a diverse group of architects, educators, chefs, and evangelists, all united by a passion for creating a sustainable and connected community.

Introducing the team for our 'Yog & Culinary Retreat'. We bring together experts in yoga, millets, and zero-waste living to create holistic experiences that connect our community with nature and each other.

We were honored to introduce Zero Waste Gurgaon to an inspiring group of women entrepreneurs. Collaborating with other organizations helps us share our initiative with a wider audience and create a greater impact together.

About Our Team & Community Recognition

We aren't a typical NGO with a corporate office and paid staff. Our team is a diverse group of architects, educators, chefs, and parents who dedicate their weekends to cleaning up our city and running these workshops. When you join an event, you're not just attending a session—you're meeting the neighbors who, like you, want to leave a cleaner Gurgaon for our kids.
