- Duration: 3 hours of structured guidance.
- Hospitality: Includes a voucher for one beverage and a light snack.
- Theme: Rotates per session (e.g., Vintage Cafe Facades, Botanicals, or Collage Art).
Material Kit (Provided for Session)
- Paper: High-quality 300 GSM watercolor paper (e.g., Zen Sangam or Fabriano).
- Paints & Tools: Shared access to artist-grade watercolors, waterproof fineliners, brushes, palettes, and washi tape.
- Takeaway: Participants keep their artwork, while tools remain with the instructor.
Instruction
- Method: Layer-by-layer breakdown from pencil sketch to inking and watercolor wash.
- Wrap-up: A Show and Tell segment to share results with the group.
Outdoor Urban Sketch Walk
Session Details
- Duration: 2.5 to 3 hours of on-location sketching.
- Locations: Cured routes chosen for architectural character, such as Ranwar Village Bandra, Khotachiwadi, or Dadar Market.
- Group Size: Capped at 5 to 12 participants to ensure individual feedback.
Instruction
- Demo: A 15-minute live demonstration on framing complex scenes.
- Techniques: Teaches simplification of architecture, one-point perspective, and loose washes.
- Guidance: Roaming instructor checks to help with composition corrections.
Important Exclusions
- Materials: Participants must bring their own supplies (Sketchbook, watercolors, brushes, portable stool).
- Other: Transport to the meeting point and street food are self-paid.

I don’t see art as something fancy or unreachable. For me, it’s just about catching those little moments - the taste of bhel puri, a Mumbai sunset, or the way an old building leans over the street. My sketchbook’s my memory lane, and I want to share that with you.

What We Actually Do
- Urban sketching classes: We grab our sketchbooks and wander around the city - Bandra’s old lanes, busy markets, or even a Ganpati workshop. It’s less about technique, more about soaking up the vibe and putting it on paper.
- Themed art sessions: Sometimes I pick a fun theme - like city skylines or collages - so we can try new things together in a chill, social setting.
- Back to basics: Want to crack the basics? We’ll play with light, shadow, monochrome studies, or pen and ink, breaking stuff down without any jargon.
How I Teach
I’m a self-taught artist, so you won’t find textbook rules here. We learn by doing, by looking, and by sharing what we make. I’ll guide you, not lecture you. Everyday life is the best teacher, na? Let’s find your style, together.
