Inversions: A New Perspective
The hammock provides safe support to hang upside down, helping to decompress the spine and improve circulation without any pressure on your neck. We guide you through various inversions, from simple hangs to more advanced poses, at a pace that feels right for you.
Building Strength & Flow
Aerial yoga is a wonderful way to build core and upper body strength in a playful, engaging way. We flow through sequences that use the hammock for both support and resistance, improving your flexibility and balance with each class.
Our Saturday Group Class
Join our welcoming community every Saturday morning for a session that is equal parts fun and relaxing. My classes are designed for all levels, so whether you are a complete beginner or have practiced before, you will find your own pace.
My Aerial Journey
My own practice is a constant source of learning and joy, and it's a journey I love to share with my students. These are moments from my personal practice, exploring new flows and finding balance, both at home and in the studio.

Beyond aerial yoga, I offer a range of classes to support your wellness journey, including traditional mat yoga for adults and special focus classes for kids. We also explore pranayama, meditation, and pilates to create a holistic practice.
