About My Journey: A Look Behind the Scenes
People often see the finished bridal look, but my studio is where the real work happens. Whether I am teaching my students at the academy or prepping for a shoot with my son helping out, my process is hands-on and chaotic in the best way possible. I believe in honest, real-skin beauty, which is why I prefer building thin, breathable layers rather than heavy, cakey makeup.
Makeup for me is about more than just contouring and highlights; it is about connection. When I opened my studio in Kharghar, my vision was to create a space that feels like home, whether you are a bride preparing for your big day or a student learning the ropes.
My approach to makeup has always been 'less is more.' In a city like Mumbai, where humidity can test the best of foundations, I specialize in airbrush and HD techniques that stay lightweight and sweat-proof for over 12 hours. I do not believe in hiding your skin; I believe in enhancing it.
