The Path to Certification

We break our training into two clear paths:

• Beginner Tattoo Foundation: This 4 to 6-week program is for those who want to understand the basics. We focus on machine handling, stencil placement on curves, and strict hygiene protocols. You practice on synthetic skin to get the muscle memory right before you ever touch a client.
• Professional Tattoo Artist Diploma: This is the deep dive. Over 3 to 6 months, you move into an apprenticeship model. You learn advanced techniques like realism, portraits, and cover-ups. Most importantly, you get supervised hours on human skin. By the time you get your diploma, you have a portfolio, you understand how to price your work, and you know how to manage a client from consultation to aftercare.

Learning to tattoo is not just about drawing. It is about bloodborne pathogen safety, cross-contamination prevention, and understanding the chemistry of inks.
