Standard Proposal Photography (1 Hour)
Pre Shoot Planning
- Consultation: 15 to 20 minute call to finalize the GPS location and the signal for the proposal.
- Strategy: Photographer blends into the environment as a tourist to ensure the surprise is not ruined.
Photography Details
- Duration: 1 hour dedicated coverage.
- The Proposal: Continuous burst mode shooting to capture reactions and the main moment.
- Portrait Session: Approx 40 minutes used for a posed couple shoot nearby after the proposal.
- Gear: Full frame camera with telephoto lens to shoot from a distance.
Final Output
- Edits: 10 to 15 high resolution color graded images.
- Raw Files: All unprocessed JPEGs (80 to 100 images) included.
- Delivery Time: Edited photos within 14 to 21 days.
Travel
- Local: Travel costs included if within 5 to 10km of studio base (Manali, Agra, Rishikesh).
Premium Photos & Social Media Reel (2 Hours)
Social Media Focus
- Format: Shot specifically with vertical framing for Instagram or Shorts.
- Direction: Photographer directs post proposal movements (twirling, walking, ring shots) for video B roll.
Coverage
- Duration: 1.5 to 2 hours total.
- Hybrid Mode: Captures the proposal on video plus candid photos, followed by a creative shoot.
- Location: 1 primary location.
Deliverables
- The Reel: 1 professionally edited 15 to 30 second Reel synced to trending audio with transitions.
- Photos: 20 to 25 signature edited images with skin retouching.
- Raw Files: Complete set of unedited photos (100 to 120 images).

Styling
- Lighting: Usage of portable LED or fairy lights if shooting during twilight hours.
Cinematic Drone & Photo Production (4 Hours)
Production Team
- Crew: 2 person team with one senior photographer and one cinematographer or drone pilot.
- Aerial: Drone coverage for landscape establishment shots (subject to weather and fly zones).
