About Sangeet & Reception Glam
My Sangeet and reception looks are built for endurance. I use sweat-resistant bases and setting sprays specifically because these events are high-energy. If you are planning to dance all night, we will focus on secure, heat-proof hairstyles—like Hollywood waves or textured ponytails—so you never have to worry about your hair falling out mid-thumka.
I trained at the Brittany Beauty Academy in NYC, and I brought that technical precision back to Mumbai. For Sangeet and cocktail nights, the biggest challenge isn't just the look—it is keeping that look intact when the event gets intense.
The Makeup
For high-energy events, I focus on a shimmer-heavy but sweat-resistant base. Humidity in Mumbai can ruin a finish within an hour, so I use long-wear products that lock everything in. We can do anything from a sharp, crisp winged liner to a full glam smokey eye, but the priority is always ensuring your skin looks luminous without becoming oily under the stage lights.
