Partner Drills & Self-Defense
This is where theory becomes reality. We focus on practical partner drills and controlled sparring to build muscle memory for real-life situations. You will learn to apply blocks, strikes, and footwork against a resisting opponent.
Wooden Dummy (Mook Yan Jong)
The Mook Yan Jong is a classic Wing Chun training tool for mastering angles, positioning, and simultaneous blocking and striking. We provide hands-on instruction for students to develop precision and power on our academy's wooden dummies.
Youth Wing Chun Program
Our classes for kids and teens build discipline, focus, and confidence in a structured environment. We teach core Wing Chun principles while also developing flexibility, coordination, and physical fitness through conditioning and drills.
Forms & Foundational Skills
We teach the essential open-hand forms of Wing Chun, like Chum Kiu, which are the blueprint for all techniques. These solo drills are crucial for developing correct structure, balance, and the flow of movement.
