Nature offers a backdrop that no studio can replicate. When we head out to the mountains, tea gardens, or deep forest trails, the environment becomes part of your story. My approach to these scenic escapes is rooted in the light available to us.

I prefer the soft, directional light of the golden hour, which wraps around you and creates that warm, intimate glow. If we are in a dense forest, I play with the shadows and the shafts of sunlight filtering through the canopy to create dramatic, mood-filled portraits.

Practicality matters just as much as the aesthetic. Destination shoots require planning—we need to consider the terrain, the travel time, and the outfits that complement the landscape without restricting your movement. I am happy to guide you on wardrobe choices that look intentional and timeless, whether you are wearing flowing traditional attire or relaxed, modern clothing.
