- Thematic Storyboarding: Creation of a cohesive design tale (e.g., Coachella Haldi or Temple Homage) customized to the couple's personality.
- 3D Visualization: Production of detailed mood boards, colour palettes, and 2D/3D renders of key structures like Mandaps and entrance tunnels.
- Technical Blueprinting: Planning complex structures such as heavy brass pillars or multi-level stages to ensure safety and feasibility.
Vendor & Budget Management
- Scourcing & Contracting: Finding niche vendors for specific needs (e.g., entry dancers, pyrotechnics) and negotiating rates for technicals like light and sound.
- Photography Briefing: Coordinating with media teams to ensure specific shots, such as drone angles or key ritual moments, are captured.
Event Flow & Execution
