Core Stationery
- 2 separate loose inserts printed on premium 250-300 GSM matte or textured cardstock.
- Standard A5 (5.8 x 8.3 inches) or Square (6x6 inches) dimensions.
- Includes matching pastel outer envelope (Sage Green, Dusty Pink, or Powder Blue) with screen printed logo.
Assembly & Finish
- Translucent vellum paper jacket that wraps around the inserts.
- Hand-stamped custom wax seal with couple's monogram.
- Real dried Baby's Breath floral accent tucked into the seal.
- Manual assembly with rustic jute twine or satin thread binding.
Passport Theme Booklet
Booklet Design
- Textured cardstock cover with gold foiled 'Passport' text and crest.
- 4 to 8 inner pages featuring itinerary details and visa-style stamps.

Inserts & Jacket
- Separate 'Boarding Pass' style insert with perforated tear-off strip for RSVP.

Structural Design
- Rigid hardboard cover (2mm - 3mm) with foam padding for a cushioned feel.
- Book-style or Gate-fold opening mechanism with magnetic closure or ribbon tie.
- Wrapped in premium shimmer paper with hot foil stamping borders and motifs.
- Laser-cut gold mirror acrylic or MDF name tag on the front.
Interior & Packaging
- 2 to 3 metallic paper inserts pasted inside or placed in a pocket.
- Includes a specific box-envelope to protect the card thickness during mailing.
Acrylic & Velvet Folder
The Acrylic Card
- 3mm thick premium Acrylic sheet (Clear, Frosted, or Black).
- Text and borders printed via UV flatbed technology (White or Gold ink).
- Custom laser-cut shapes available (Rectangle, Arch, or Butterfly).
The Folder
- Rich Velvet or Suede trifold folder with pockets to hold the acrylic plate.
- 2 additional paper leaflets for smaller functions (Mehendi/Haldi) tucked into pockets.
- Finished with a gold monogram sticker or laser-cut clasp.
Rigid Box with Sweet Cavity
Box Construction
- Heavy-duty MDF or Kappa board rigid box with magnetic or lid-top closure.
- Lid features full color print or fabric wrapping with gold foil embellishments.
- Base contains empty partitioned cavity (2 or 4 slots) compatible with dry fruits or sweets (Edibles not included).
Stationery & Handling
- Complete set of 3-4 inserts pasted on the inner lid or placed as a tray over the cavity.
- Includes matching heavy-duty paper carrier bag with rope handles.
- Custom name tag attached to the bag handle.
