- Modular Kitchen: Straight or L-shaped layout (up to 70 sq. ft.) using water-resistant BWP 710 Grade Plywood for base units and MR 303 for wall units. Finished with 1mm High-Gloss or Matte Laminates.
- Kitchen Hardware: Ebco soft-close hinges, telescopic channels, and mild steel wire baskets.
- Wardrobe: One 2-door sliding or 3-door openable unit (7ft x 6ft) in MR 303 Plywood with laminate finish, basic shelves, hanger rod, and 2 drawers.
- Living Units: Floating TV console (5ft wide) and entryway shoe rack (3ft wide) with seating.
