Cage-Free Dog Daycare and Boarding

My dog daycare is a family, not a facility. Dogs roam free here, learn to be a pack, and live with love in a space built for their happiness.

This is what Wagg City is. Dogs of all kinds, hanging out together, free to climb and explore. No leashes, no cages, just a pack living a good life in our custom-built outdoor playground.

Nap time is whenever and wherever they want. Here you can see our indoor area with plenty of rugs and our special bunk beds. Every dog finds their own favorite spot to rest and recharge.

This is my life, surrounded by the pack. I'm not just the owner; I'm part of the family. We're hands-on, making sure every dog, from the shy ones to the boisterous ones, feels safe and loved.

It's not just about running around. We encourage healthy pack activities like this game of tug-of-war. This is how dogs learn to play, share, and communicate with each other under our supervision.

A glimpse of our indoor and outdoor spaces. Dogs can choose to chill on the bunk beds inside or run around the yard. This freedom to choose is what makes our cage-free dog boarding different.

Every dog gets personal attention. This is Cookie, just before his big trip to Canada. We make sure every member of our pack, whether here for a day or for months, gets plenty of cuddles.

We handle it all. From happy dogs playing freely in the yard to providing a safe, quiet space for a dog recovering from surgery. Your dog's health and happiness are our top priority.

About this collection

You might be wondering if a cage-free space is actually safe for your dog. I manage the pack dynamics constantly, and my resident dogs are the best at helping new pups settle in and learn the rules. I am always in the yard with them, supervising every play session and nap time personally.

My Approach: Dogs as a Pack

I built Wagg City in 2017 to be a home, not a kennel. When you drop your dog off, they don't go into a room behind a locked door. They walk into a yard where they are part of a family. This is why I focus on pack socialisation. Dogs learn from each other. They pick up cues from my resident 'gundas' and learn how to play, share space, and communicate without me having to intervene constantly.

Why No Cages?

Cages create stress and separation. Here, the yard is 100% open. We have ramps, tunnels, and tractor tires for climbing because dogs need to burn energy and use their brains. Inside, they have bunk beds and rugs, not crates. They choose where they want to sleep. If your dog prefers to nap under a table or on a specific rug, that is where they stay.

What I Watch Out For

My job is 24/7 supervision. I watch the energy levels, the play style, and the hydration. We have mandatory indoor nap times from noon to 3:30 PM because even the most energetic dog needs to switch off. If your dog is a senior or recovering from a surgery, I set up a space where they can be part of the group safely without being forced to run around.

Real, Not Fancy

This is a rustic space in Halanayakanahalli. If you are looking for marble floors and air-conditioned luxury suites, this is not the place. But if you want your dog to be muddy, tired, and happy at the end of the day, you have come to the right spot.

I have been doing this since 2017 because I wanted a space where dogs live like dogs. I am always here, right in the middle of the pack, scooping poop and giving belly rubs.
