About Bridal Wear & Fashion Shoots
When I shoot for fashion lookbooks, I keep the setup minimal so the outfit remains the hero of the frame. We spend time getting the lighting right, usually opting for soft, natural light, before we even start the session because that is what really makes the embroidery and textures pop in the final edit.
My approach to bridal fashion photography is grounded in showcasing the story behind the garment. Whether it is a heavy, mirror-work blouse or a flowy, printed lehenga, I focus on capturing the craftsmanship that designers pour into their work.
I treat every fashion shoot as a collaboration. We work on the poses and angles that best highlight the silhouette and movement of the fabric, ensuring the final images feel modern and editorial rather than stiff or posed. For designers looking to build their portfolios, I provide a mix of close-up detail shots, wide-angle portraits, and dynamic movement captures that really show how a piece fits and flows in real life.
I shoot primarily in Mumbai, but I am open to working at studios or outdoor locations that complement the collection's theme.
