About The Runway Edit: Diverse Styles
Handling tricky stage lights, like lasers, heavy smoke, or harsh colored gels, is where most photographers fail, but that's my zone. I don't just spam the shutter. I hand-pick every frame to ensure we highlight the exact drape of the fabric and the model's confidence, giving you 200 plus usable shots without a single awkward blink or blurry step.
Fashion isn't static, and neither is my approach. When I am shooting a runway show, I am not just standing there holding a camera. I am reading the show's rhythm. Whether it is a high-energy streetwear vibe or the intricate, graceful flow of a bridal lehenga, the lighting changes in seconds. I have spent years figuring out how to balance lasers, heavy smoke, and moody venue lights to keep skin tones natural and garment details sharp. It is about catching the hero moments, that precise second the model hits the perfect pose or the fabric catches the light just right.
My Process
- Technical Prep: I work with your event team to understand the walk flow before the show starts. No surprises.
- Post-Production: I do not just dump photos. I cull every single frame. You get clean, color-graded editorial shots that are ready for press releases or a designer’s lookbook.
- The Vibe: I capture the backstage hustle too. The final adjustments, the pre-show jitters, and the triumphant finale.
