About Our Hands-On Training Approach
We keep our batch sizes small, usually capped at 15 students, so you aren't just watching from the back. You get dedicated time with mannequins and live models to practise everything from sectioning hair to performing complex hydrafacials, ensuring you develop the muscle memory needed to work confidently on paying clients.
Success in this industry isn't about watching videos; it is about knowing how the product feels in your hands and how to react when a client's hair or skin behaves differently than expected. Our curriculum is built around this reality.
Why Our Practical Approach Works
- Small Batch Coaching: With only 10-15 students per batch, I provide personal attention to every student. You get corrected in real-time, preventing bad habits before they form.
- Live Model Sessions: While we start with mannequins for basics, you will eventually work on live models. This is where you learn how to handle different face shapes, hair textures, and client sensitivities.
- The 'Why' Behind the 'How': We teach chemical theory, trichology, and product chemistry. You will understand why a specific hair colour developer works or why a certain skin treatment might not suit a specific client.
What You Will Master
Our training covers the entire salon workflow. You will handle professional tools, mix chemicals, perform scalp massages, and execute salon services like keratin, smoothening, and advanced facials. By the time you complete your course, you won't just know the steps; you will have built the professional routine that top salons require. We also cover business management and digital marketing basics, because skills alone aren't enough to run a successful salon.
