Behind the Scenes: Our Event Setup and Process
When it comes to grand entries and stage effects, precision is everything. Here is how we manage safety and timing to make sure your moment goes off without a hitch.
Here I am on-site, personally managing the setup for a fog and pyro entry. I make sure every detail is perfect before the event begins, so the final result is flawless and safe for everyone.
This video shows a glimpse of my setup process for a low fog effect. The equipment is placed strategically along the entry path to create a dense, continuous cloud for the couple to walk through.
A behind-the-scenes look at the equipment used for a grand entry. I use professional-grade machines and materials to produce high-quality low fog and safe cold pyro sparks for indoor events.
About My Process & Setup
Safety is our absolute priority because naavu maado kelasa (the work we do) has to be perfect. For every cold fire and fog entry, we use indoor-safe pyrotechnics that produce zero heat, so your guests can stand close without any worry. I personally set up and test all equipment on-site, managing the trigger timing myself so your entry cues are flawless every single time.
We started VN Events with a simple philosophy: if you do your work with honesty and passion, people will support you. That is why you will never see us rushing through a setup. Whether we are preparing a low-fog aisle walk for a wedding in Gangavati or rigging a balloon drop in Sindhanur, we treat your event like it is our own.
Our Safety Standards
Our 'cold fire' pyrotechnics are a staple for a reason. Unlike traditional fireworks, these are non-toxic, smokeless, and cool to the touch. This means we can place them right next to the aisle or the stage without risking damage to clothes or flooring. We use remote-controlled electronic ignition, allowing me to fire the sparks at the exact second you step into the light.
Professional Equipment, Manual Control
We don't rely on automated timers that might miss the beat. I personally operate the CO2 blasters and the fog machines. For a wedding entry, this means we coordinate the dense, knee-high clouds to cover the 20 to 30 ft path right as you start your walk. For stage finales, we ensure the confetti blast happens exactly when the music swells.
On-Site Commitment
My partner Veeru and I show up with a team of 3 to 4 technicians to handle the heavy lifting. This includes ladder work for ceiling balloon nets and precise placement of the pyro units to create a perfect semi-circle backdrop. We clean up after ourselves, making sure the confetti is swept and the equipment is packed away quietly so you can focus on enjoying the celebration.
