We handle your photoshoot end to end in our Mumbai studio including outfits, makeup, photography, props, and setup so you just need to show up and we do the rest.
Pricing Guide
Standard Studio Session (1 Look)
Logistics & Access
- Duration: 1.5 to 2 hours of studio occupancy including changing time.
- Location: Vivababe Studios, Chembur East (AC indoor facility).
- Sets: Access to 1-2 specific corners like solid backdrops or the Golden Birdcage.
Wardrobe
- Outfit: 1 Premium Gown rental from in-house inventory.
- Options: Flying dresses, ruffled maternity gowns, or kids princess ballgowns.
- Fitting: Standard pinning and clamping done on-site.
Photography
- Photographer: Associate level photographer.
- Deliverables: 10-12 high-resolution edited images with skin retouching.
- Note: Raw images are not included.
Exclusions
- Makeup & Hair: Not included. Client must arrive ready.
- Family: Focus is primarily on the main subject. Partner inclusion is limited.
Signature Package with MUA (2-3 Looks)
Production Team
- Makeup Artist: Professional MUA included for HD makeup and hairstyling (initial look + touch-ups).
- Photographer: Senior photographer skilled in posed portraiture.
- Assistant: Dedicated helper for managing gown trails and moving props.
Logistics & Wardrobe
- Duration: 3 to 4 hours (Half-day block).
- Outfits: Rental of 2 to 3 premium gowns with options to mix styles (Ruffled, Bodycon, Saree drape).
- Access: Full access to all studio zones including Bohemian Macrame, Dark textured walls, and Floral swings.
Deliverables & Scope
- Photos: 20-25 high-end retouched images.
- Scope: Includes husband/partner and family portraits.
- Selection: Online gallery provided for image selection.
Premium Photo & Video Experience
Cinema & Photo
- Video: 2-3 trending reels professionally edited with music sync, plus raw BTS clips.
- Photos: 35-40 high-end retouched images.
- Raw Data: All good raw JPEGs from the shoot included.
VIP Styling
- Creative Direction: Senior stylist oversees concepts to match current trends.
- Wardrobe: Access to exclusive tier gowns with heavy trails and new arrivals.
- Twinning: Mother-Daughter matching outfits included.
- Makeup: Senior artist retained for full duration for distinct looks per change.
Logistics
- Duration: 5 to 6 hours.
- Changes: 4+ outfit changes with unrushed pacing.
- Concepts: Complex setups like Angel Wings, fabric tossing, or cake smash themes.

- Props, set design, floral stuff - all sorted. You just focus on smiling, I’ll handle the rest.

Hey, I’m Poonam, the face behind Vivababe. Honestly, my parents Ragini and Harshad are the OGs behind my journey. I get super happy seeing my dresses travel from Mumbai to Hyderabad, even all the way to the US for shoots! Whether it’s Junior Miss India or your own big day, being part of your memories is what keeps me going. Vivababe is my way of celebrating all those little and big moments with you.
