About Join Our Team
Before you commit to a full term, we ensure you are placed in a batch that matches your current ability. We conduct an initial assessment to evaluate your skill level, fitness, and commitment. Whether you are aiming for the Delhi Youth League or simply want to improve your fundamentals, we place you where you will be challenged the most at our training centres in Gurgaon and Chanakyapuri.
Our Coaching Approach
We don't just run drills. Our training is designed to build complete athletes. We operate on three core pillars: technical mastery, tactical intelligence, and physical conditioning. All our sessions are led by AIFF and AFC certified coaches who understand the nuances of the modern game.
Where We Train
We have strategically located our centres to serve players across Delhi NCR:
- Games Forest, Baliawas (Gurgaon): Our primary high-performance facility.
- The BallPark, Palam Vihar (Gurgaon): Convenient for West and North Gurgaon players.
- JMC Centre (Chanakyapuri, New Delhi): Our central hub for Delhi-based athletes.
What to Expect After Joining
Once you join the team, you become part of our pathway system. This includes:
- Three sessions per week: A mix of technical work, small-sided games, and fitness.
- Quarterly feedback: We track your physical metrics and skill progression so you know exactly where you stand.
- Squad opportunities: Consistent performers get priority selection for our competitive teams participating in tournaments like the Gurgaon Youth League and DPDL.
