I use heavy-duty MS sheets with proper anti-rust primer and high-quality powder coating to ensure that the pattern stays sharp and solid for years, not just until the next monsoon.

- MS (Mild Steel) Railings: My go-to for strength and customization. With MS, we can use CNC laser cutting to create almost any pattern you want. It’s heavy-duty, budget-friendly, and when finished with a proper powder coat, it handles the Delhi NCR weather like a champ.
- Stainless Steel (SS): The classic choice. If you want a shiny, modern, mirror-finish look, SS 304 is the way to go. It doesn't rust, and with argon welding, I make sure the joints are invisible and clean.
- Glass & Metal Combos: For that luxury duplex staircase or terrace look, I combine metal frames with toughened glass. It opens up the space, but I make sure the steel frame is anchored deep into the concrete so there is zero wobble.
The Fabrication Process
I don't just weld pieces together and call it a day. My process is specific:
- Site Assessment: I visit your home in Delhi, Noida, or Faridabad to take exact measurements. A railing that doesn't fit perfectly is a safety hazard.
- Design Selection: You can pick from my 1000+ CNC patterns or show me a design you found on Pinterest. If it can be cut, I can build it.
- Welding & Grinding: I use MIG/TIG welding for a clean, structural bond. All sharp metal burrs are ground down so your hands don't get scratched when you hold the railing.
- Anti-Rust Treatment: Every piece of metal gets a coat of red-oxide primer. Whether it is powder coating or enamel paint, I ensure the steel is sealed against humidity and rain.
