Portable Security and Utility Cabins
Stop waiting for brick-and-mortar construction that creates dust and takes weeks. My prefab cabins are plug-and-play solutions delivered ready for use.
This video shows a reception cabin I built for a sports academy in Noida. It features a natural wood-finish exterior for an aesthetic look, a large window for visibility, and branded door panels, serving as a welcoming entry point for visitors.
A standard portable guard cabin, designed for security personnel. The focus here is on durability, visibility with windows on multiple sides, and a compact footprint, providing a safe and hassle-free solution for site security.
About Utility & Security Cabins
When you need a security post or a site office, you do not need a construction crew messing up your property for a month. These cabins arrive at your location as a finished unit. You just need a leveled ground and an electrical point to start operations. I use anti-corrosive Mild Steel frames to ensure the unit survives years of outdoor use, and insulated walls to keep the interior comfortable regardless of the weather.
When I build a utility cabin, I focus on the structural integrity that most buyers ignore. The base chassis is crafted from heavy-duty Mild Steel. It is not just about the metal. It is about how it handles shifting. My cabins are designed to be lifted, transported, and placed on different terrains without the frame twisting or the welds cracking.
I use insulated sandwich panels for the walls and ceiling. This makes a massive difference in how the cabin behaves. In the Delhi heat or the Pune rain, a metal box gets unbearable without proper thermal regulation. My panels reduce heat absorption, and coupled with the ventilation setup, it keeps the space functional.
Flooring is another area where I avoid the cheap stuff. I use water-resistant marine plywood topped with heavy-duty PVC vinyl. If a guard spills tea or if rain gets inside, the floor will not rot or swell.
Electricals come pre-fitted. I include fire-resistant wiring, standard power points, and LED lighting. When the cabin reaches your site, you just connect the main cable, and you are open for business. No electricians, no plastering, no civil work.
Whether you need a ticket counter for an event, a security post for a factory, or a temporary reception desk, I customize the layout. We can add sliding windows for customer interaction, secure grills for sensitive areas, or even extra storage space under the counter. Tell me your specific need, and I will align the design.
