When I build these for a site, I focus on the shell first. I use heavy-duty corrugated steel because, honestly, the weather at construction sites does not care about your deadlines. Every unit I deliver comes pre-wired with lights, fans, and MCBs so you can literally plug it into the mains and start working the moment it touches the ground. If you are worried about the cabin shaking or feeling cheap, stop—I use 18G steel and proper insulation so it feels like a real, solid office, not a tin shed.
Construction sites change, and so does your need for space. My porta cabins are designed to move with you. Whether you are running a project in the middle of a remote site in Pune or a fast-paced development in Greater Noida, you need an admin space that is secure, dry, and comfortable.
Why my cabins are different
- Ready in 15 days: I do not believe in long wait times. Once the design is locked, we fabricate it, test the electricals, and have it ready for dispatch in two weeks.
- Built to last: I use 50mm glass wool or thermocol insulation. This keeps the office cool even when it is 40 degrees outside. The floors are marine ply with heavy-duty vinyl, so they will not rot if there is a water spill or mud tracking.
- Fully finished interiors: You will not find raw steel walls inside. I use pre-laminated MDF or PVC paneling with a teak finish so the office actually looks professional when your clients visit.
The installation process
These units are modular. I weld four heavy-duty lifting hooks on the corners. When you need to move to the next site, you just hook a crane to it, lift it onto a trailer, and you are done. No need to break anything down. From security guard cabins to 40ft executive suites with attached toilets and pantries, I build it all.
