When you order a cabin from me, you aren't getting just an empty shell. I ensure the MCB box, internal copper wiring, switch sockets, and even exhaust fans are installed before it leaves my facility. Once the crane places it at your site, you only need to plug in your main electricity connection to get everything running.
I build these cabins with one goal: zero downtime for your business. Whether you are setting up a site office for a construction project or a sales office for a new property, you need a workspace that works as hard as you do.
My 20ft units are standard for compact teams, but if you need a full executive suite, my 40ft units offer a three-zone layout with a private manager's cabin, a staff area, and a dedicated washroom and kitchenette.
Technical details you should know:
- Insulation: Every wall and ceiling is packed with 50mm glass wool or thermocol to keep the temperature stable, whether you are in Noida or a remote site.
- Structural Strength: I use heavy-duty corrugated MS sheets welded to a steel framework. These units are built to be lifted by cranes and transported by truck multiple times without losing structural integrity.
- Interior Finish: I use pre-laminated MDF or PVC boards for walls and vinyl flooring over a marine ply base. It looks professional and is easy to wipe clean, which is essential for busy work environments.
