This Namkaran Sohala stage is one of my favorites. I used a lush green wall as the base, adding bright neon lotus flowers and Marathi calligraphy to create a modern yet traditional look. The hanging floral cradle becomes the perfect centerpiece for the baby.
For this grand Dohale Jevan in a large hall, I created a complete experience. The setup features a traditional wooden jhula for the mother-to-be, a large floral moon backdrop for photos, and a custom banner with the couple's picture to welcome guests.
I love creating personalized themes, like this naming ceremony for baby Vanya. The setup includes a beautiful floral moon with a hanging cradle, cute "It's a Girl" cartoon cutouts, and a special seashell prop that opens to reveal the baby's name.
Welcoming a new baby home is a precious moment. For this surprise decoration, I created a beautiful pathway of marigold and rose petals leading to the entrance and set up "WELCOME BABY BOY" foil balloons inside for a simple but heartfelt celebration.
This baby shower design combines several popular elements. I use a green foliage wall as a backdrop, decorated with a floral moon, a "Baby Shower" neon sign, and classic pink and blue balloons to create a vibrant and festive atmosphere.
I specialize in traditional Maharashtrian ceremonies like this outdoor Dohale Jevan. The decoration includes a beautiful rangoli at the entrance, a classic wooden jhula decorated with flowers, and a floral moon backdrop, all creating a truly authentic vibe.

How We Make It Happen
We believe every celebration, big or small, deserves that 'wow' factor. When we set up for your event, we handle the entire process—from bringing the fresh floral runners and rangoli materials to arranging the balloons and lighting.
What to Expect
- The Setup: For most of our backdrop and stage designs, our team usually needs about 60 to 90 minutes to ensure everything is perfect. We take care of transport, assembly, and teardown so you can focus on the guests.
- Custom Themes: If you have a specific color palette or a theme in mind, just tell us. We love working with new ideas. Whether it is a traditional Maharashtrian setup with marigolds or a modern pastel balloon arch, we adapt to your space.
- Local Service: We operate across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, with our main team based out of Virar East. We know the venues and residential societies here well, which helps us plan the layout efficiently.
A Quick Note on Planning
We always try to be transparent about what fits where. If you are planning a grand 6ft ring backdrop, we will walk you through the space requirements first to make sure it looks great without crowding your room. Our job is to make your day khupach sundar (very beautiful), and we are always ready for a new creative challenge.
Pari Events
We are Tejal and Nitesh from Pari Events. We started out just doing balloon decor in our own neighborhood, and five years later, we still get excited every time a family invites us back to decorate for their baby’s next milestone.
