When you book a pre-wedding event with me, you do not need to coordinate with separate decorators or caterers. My team handles the choreography for your entry, cueing the music and fog machines, while I personally ensure the 'Better Together' neon sign and floral stage backdrop are perfectly set before your guests arrive.
Planning a pre-wedding function often feels like a second full-time job. At Vibe & Dine, I aim to change that. Whether you are planning a Haldi, Mehendi, or a grand engagement, my goal is to give you a space where you can actually enjoy the music and the company instead of managing vendor timings.
We offer two distinct environments in Noida to match the mood of your ceremony. My party hall in Sector 63 is designed for intimate gatherings where the focus is on close family, high-energy music, and candid photography against our signature floral walls. If you are looking for something more expansive, my farmhouse in Sector 135 provides an open-air lawn and poolside setting, perfect for a Haldi ceremony under the sun or a relaxed evening Mehendi.
Everything in our packages is managed in-house. This means we control the quality of the multi-cuisine buffet, the intensity of the fog shots, and the timing of your stage entry. You get a direct line to me throughout the planning process, meaning no third-party communication gaps. We handle the seating, the AV setup for your personalized videos, and the flow of the event, leaving you free to focus on the rituals and the memories.
