My reception and sangeet looks are all about balancing a soft base with high-impact eye makeup. I focus on making the contour and highlight pop specifically for photography, so your skin looks glowing under both stage lights and camera flashes.
When you are dressing up for your sangeet or reception, the goal is slightly different from a traditional wedding look. You want something that allows you to move, dance, and interact comfortably, but still looks stunning in every single photo.
I focus on a dewy or soft matte finish here, which is lighter on the skin compared to heavy bridal makeup. The key is in the details—sharp, winged liner, dramatic false lashes, and a contour that defines your features under flash photography. Whether you are wearing a gown, a fusion outfit, or a lighter lehenga, I make sure the hairstyling complements the look, be it Hollywood waves or messy buns.
For these events, I typically spend 2.5 to 3 hours at my studio. We work on your eye look first to ensure the pigment is right, followed by a breathable base that lasts through the night. If you need help with gown adjustments or saree pleating, I handle that as well so you do not have to worry about the setup. Since I have been working in Patna for years, I understand the lighting conditions at our local venues and adjust my products accordingly so you look sharp in every frame.
