When you see these transformations, they are the result of combining different modalities—such as Fractional CO2, Microneedling Radiofrequency (MNRF), and subcision—to encourage collagen production where it is needed most.

For example, subcision is frequently necessary for rolling scars where fibrous bands tether the skin down; without releasing those bands, laser resurfacing alone will not provide full results.
