Sometimes I use HIFU - it lifts and tightens without surgery or needles. Collagen production for mature skin is a big part of why it works. Most people just feel a bit of tingling, and you can get back to your day right away.

For deeper changes, I might mix in things like injectables for volume, laser treatments for texture, or clinical facials for a glow. Each bit adds up for natural-looking results.
