Creative Art Workshops & Community Events
I bring the canvas and colours directly to your space, turning classrooms, markets, and gatherings into hubs of creativity. Let’s make something together.

About Art in the Community: Workshops & Events
When I set up at a local market or walk into a school classroom, my goal isn't just to teach a technique. I focus on creating a space where the rhythm of the dotting tool or the movement of a brush becomes a way to connect. Whether we are painting tote bags with vibrant florals or creating intricate mandalas on coasters, I ensure every participant leaves with a piece they personally crafted and the simple memory of the joy it took to make it.
Art Beyond the Studio
Art is meant to be shared. That is why I love taking my workshops out of my Mumbai studio and into the community. When I conduct sessions at places like the Inodai Waldorf School, I am not just looking for perfect lines or uniform patterns. I am looking for that moment when a student realizes they have created something entirely their own.
What Happens at These Events?
Whether it is a school art program or a stall at the Juhu Farmers' Market, the approach remains the same: I bring the materials and the guidance, and you bring your curiosity.
- School Collaborations: I tailor these sessions for different age groups. Younger children might focus on exploring colours through tote bag painting, while older students can get meditative with dot mandala coasters.
- Pop-up Experiences: At markets and local events, I love hosting mini-sessions. These are quick, accessible ways for passersby to pick up a brush, maybe for the first time in years, and find a little calm in the middle of a busy day.
Why Choose Group Workshops?
Organizing a group workshop is about more than the finished mug or bag. It is about the shared energy. When a group of parents, students, or colleagues sits down to paint together, the atmosphere changes. The pressure to 'get it right' disappears, replaced by the sound of chatter and the quiet focus of creation. If you are looking to host an event that brings people together in a relaxed, creative way, let’s talk about which medium—from dot painting to canvas work—would best fit your occasion.
