About Romantic First Dances
I often work with grooms who are nervous or feel they have two left feet, and honestly, that is my favorite type of student. We keep the choreography simple, focusing on comfortable movements and genuine connection rather than complex technique, so you spend your first dance looking at each other instead of counting steps.

My Approach to First Dances
Most couples come to my Bandra studio feeling a mix of excitement and anxiety. My approach is to strip away the pressure. We start by picking a track that actually means something to you—not just what is trending—and then we build the routine around your natural comfort zone. If a lift or a dip feels unnatural, we do not do it. Simple, elegant, and sincere movements almost always look better than forced, complicated steps.
The Process
For a standard couple's performance, we typically look at a 2 to 3-minute track. This is usually the sweet spot for keeping the audience engaged without you getting exhausted. We break this down into about 4 to 6 hours of in-person practice sessions. My senior assistants and I will guide you through the choreography, and I always ensure we polish the final version so you walk onto the stage with confidence.
Support for Out-of-Town Couples
I understand that schedules are tight. If you are not based in Mumbai or have limited time before the big day, I provide recorded breakdown videos and digital references so you can practice on your own time. We also handle the technical side, including audio cutting and music mixing, so you do not have to worry about the transitions or finding the right beat. Whether you are performing in a local hall or a destination wedding, I ensure the choreography fits your venue space.
