Wedding Dance Choreography for Couples & Families
Forget about being perfect, let's just focus on the mahaul. Whether it's a romantic couple's routine or a high-energy group act for the whole family, I help you own the stage with a smile.
For couples who want something a bit more modern and sensual for their sangeet or cocktail party. I can choreograph a routine that shows off your chemistry and makes you both look amazing.
Sometimes the best dance performances are the spontaneous ones with friends. This was on a trip, but it's the kind of fun, carefree vibe I love to bring to sangeet choreography for the bride and her squad.
A simple, sweet, and spontaneous spin with my husband. These are the little moments that make the best memories. I can help you find these moments in your own couple's dance.
The jaimala ceremony is such a joyful moment. This is from my own wedding, a reminder of the fun and laughter that I want all my clients to experience.
A playful moment from my wedding day. I believe your wedding should be filled with laughter, and I bring that same energy to our dance practices.
A happy moment with my husband from one of our wedding functions. I love choreographing for couples because I know how special these celebrations are.
About Wedding Performances: Couples, Family & Friends
Let’s be real, dancing in a heavy bridal lehenga or a formal sherwani is a different ballgame. I don't give you complex steps that look great in a studio but trip you up on stage. My choreography focuses on grace, facial expressions, and stage presence, ensuring you feel confident even if you aren't a pro dancer. We'll practice in a way that respects your outfit's weight and keeps the fun alive, so you actually enjoy your own performance.
You don't need to be a backup dancer to shine at your Sangeet. My 'Easy N Elegant' approach is all about feeling the music, not counting beats. I have seen enough nervous uncles and hesitant grooms turn into stage-stealers just because they stopped trying to be perfect.
My Approach to Your Sangeet
- Stress-Free Training: Whether it is a quick couple's routine or a grand 10-performance family sequence, I make sure the transitions are smooth. We train either at your home or my space—whatever makes you comfortable.
- Custom Audio Mixing: No awkward gaps in your performance. I professionally mix up to 3 songs into a seamless 3-minute track, tailored for your entry or the main act.
- Remote Learning Support: If you have relatives flying in from different cities, I share step-by-step breakdown videos in a family chat. They can learn their parts remotely, so they arrive stage-ready.
- Outfit Readiness: My routines are designed with heavy wedding attire in mind. We will do a dress rehearsal to ensure you have full spatial awareness before the actual day.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you teach non-dancers? Absolutely. I specialize in working with people who think they have two left feet. My job is to bring out your personality, not turn you into a professional dancer. If you can walk, you can dance.
How much practice time do we need? For a solo or couple act, 3 to 4 sessions are usually enough. For larger family productions involving 8 to 10 performances, I recommend planning 3 to 4 weeks ahead to manage different family groups efficiently.
Can you help with the event flow? Yes. I am also an anchor. If you opt for the grand package, I can assist with sequencing performances, script transitions, and keeping the energy high throughout the night.
