About Parent-Toddler Bonding Time
You know how toddlers love to explore, but the cleanup at home is usually exhausting. Here, we handle the paint spills, clay bits, and sand trails. You just get to be present, build something together at the pottery wheel, or read in our library without worrying about the mess afterward.
Quality Time Without the Chaos
For children aged 2-3, play is not just about fun, it is their primary way of learning and interacting with the world. We designed these bonding sessions to take the pressure off parents while keeping children engaged.
We provide a structured yet flexible environment where you can sit on the floor and paint, dig in our hygienic river sandpit, or experiment with clay, all while our staff (Didis) helps manage the materials and cleanup. The ratio is approximately 1:4, ensuring that help is always nearby if you need guidance with a craft or a new activity.
Why Parents Love This Space
- Sensory Development: Our activities are specifically selected to enhance fine motor skills. Whether it is threading beads or molding terracotta clay, these movements build the dexterity your toddler needs.
- No Mess Policy: Yes, we really mean it. From apron provision to post-play hand washing, we handle the logistics. You simply show up.
- Cozy Learning: Aside from the Maker’s space, we have a quiet library corner. It is a fantastic spot to slow down, pick up a storybook, and enjoy 15 minutes of calm reading time with your little one.
How to Join Us
These sessions are flexible. You do not need to sign up for long-term courses. We operate on an hourly drop-in basis, which makes it perfect for those days when you just need to get out of the house for an hour or two. We are located inside select Fabindia Experience Centers, making it easy to combine a fun playdate with a quick coffee or errands afterward.
Note for parents: Since these are bonding sessions, we require you to be present with your toddler. It is a great chance to unplug, put your phone away, and see the world through their eyes for a while.
Tugbug
I started Tugbug because I believe play is the real teacher. For toddlers, it is not just about the toys, it is about the security of having you right there while they discover the world. We built this space so you can share those messy, joyful moments without the stress of cleaning up later.
