The secret to a long-lasting festive look, especially for events like Navratri or weddings, is actually how you set it. I teach my students the powder lock technique using a damp beauty blender, which keeps your makeup fresh for hours without making it look cakey. It is the same trick I use to survive long events in the Gurgaon humidity.
Makeup shouldn't be a struggle, yaar. Whether you are getting ready for an office presentation or a big festive function, my focus is on keeping things easy. I don't believe in hoarding expensive luxury products when you can get the same results with smarter techniques.
