The Practice: Hatha Vinyasa in the Park

This is a look at our Sunday morning Hatha Vinyasa flow. I guide the group through energizing Surya Namaskaras, grounding standing poses, and calming breathwork, adapting the sequence to the energy of the group and the morning. The focus is on mindful movement, not perfection.

More Than Yoga: Our Community

The connection doesn't stop when the yoga mats are rolled up. My favorite part of the day is the time we spend afterward, sharing food, stories, and laughter. This is where our yoga community truly comes to life.

The Vibe: Unexpected Moments

Practicing in an open park means embracing the unexpected. We've had sitar music become our live soundtrack and friendly dogs join our Savasana. These spontaneous moments add a layer of magic to our sessions.

Sometimes we bring a playful element into our practice with partner and acro yoga. It's a beautiful way to build trust, communication, and connection, exploring balance and support in a fun, interactive way.

My Personal Practice & Journey

My teaching is deeply informed by my own personal practice, which is a space for exploration, healing, and self discovery. This is a glimpse into my journey with yoga, from navigating injuries to finding liberation in movement, both in the park and beyond.
