Our Rising Stars: Cricket Coaching Success Stories in Kharghar
Passion to performance is the only path here. These are the players who put in the hard hours at our Kharghar ground and made the cut for district and trophy tournaments.
A huge congratulations to Haavish Jitesh on his selection for the under 12 Bhaskar Trophy Tournament. His hard work at the academy has paid off, and it's a testament to our focus on preparing players for competitive trials.
Celebrating another success story from the academy. Ansh Kamble's selection for the under 12 Bhaskar Trophy Tournament is a result of his consistent effort and our structured training program.
It's incredibly rewarding to see my players advance. Here is Kshitij, who was selected for the Raigad under 16 team. This shows the pathway we help create for players aiming for district and state level cricket.
About Our Rising Stars
Getting selected for tournaments like the Bhaskar Trophy isn't accidental. It comes from the specific 'Khadoos' training we do here, where we focus on match simulations and intense mental conditioning during our monthly mentorship sessions. When you see our players holding their kits in these photos, you are looking at the result of hours spent on the pitch refining technical basics, not just hitting big shots.
The Path to Selection
Success at Triumph Cricket Academy is built on a clear, disciplined process. We don't just coach cricket; we prepare players for the realities of competitive trials. Whether it is a player aiming for the Raigad under-16 team or a youngster looking to break into the Bhaskar Trophy circuit, our approach remains the same.
Our Coaching Approach
- Basics First: Before we teach a player to hit, we teach them how to hold the bat, stand correctly, and leave the ball. This is the foundation of our coaching style.
- Video Analysis: We use technology to show players their footwork and grip errors. Seeing is believing, and it helps fix technical flaws much faster than verbal instruction alone.
- Match Simulation: We replicate high-pressure scenarios, like death overs or chasing targets, so players feel at home when they actually step onto the field for selection trials.
Join the Squad
We train in all conditions—outdoor red soil nets for the real match feel and indoor turf during the monsoon. If you have the drive, the age or size doesn't matter. We are looking for that fire to work hard and improve every single day. If you are ready to put in the effort, come meet us at our Kharghar facility and let's get to work.
