I'm Ankita, a coach and a mom. I thought I had fitness figured out until I went through my own postpartum journey and realized there were no real guides for mothers. We created Tribher to be that guide, a space for you to heal and rebuild strength, physically and mentally, with a community that truly understands.
Many postnatal workouts offer generic routines that don't work. We are different. Our programs are led by certified postpartum experts and feature pelvic floor safe exercises tailored to your body's healing journey. We believe in building forward, not bouncing back.
