We are a residential academy built for serious footballers. From grassroots scouting to state-level competitive leagues, we provide the environment to turn raw passion into a professional career.

Our Pathway to Professional Football
We operate as more than just a coaching center. Transition Football Academy (TFA) is a dedicated pathway for players aged U-13 to U-20 who want to play at the state or national level. Our residential model is designed to remove the distractions of daily life, allowing you to focus entirely on your game.
The Residential Advantage
Most local clubs offer 90 minutes of training. We offer a full-time ecosystem. Selected players live on-site at our Delhi headquarters, where their day is structured around:
- Technical Training: Pro-level drills focused on position-specific skills.
- Competitive Exposure: Regular participation in tournaments like the Delhi Youth League and friendlies against professional clubs like Neroca FC.
- Education: Fully managed schooling to ensure academics remain a priority alongside football.
- Nutrition and Fitness: Access to gym facilities and a supervised diet plan to ensure you have the stamina for the professional level.
Scouting and Selection
We do not wait for talent to come to us. We travel across India to host trials, searching for players with genuine love for the game and the discipline to survive a competitive environment.
When we scout, we look for three things:
- Game Intelligence: Can you read the pitch?
- Aggression: Do you have the drive to win?
- Coachability: Can you execute instructions under pressure?
