Our Process: From Vision to Reality
Stop guessing if your furniture will fit. We mark layouts on your actual floor, check circulation space, and invite you to test ergonomics before we craft a single piece.
Here you can see our site validation process in action. We mark out every piece of furniture on the floor to check for circulation space and overall flow, ensuring the layout is practical and comfortable before a single piece is built.
On-site taping helps us identify and solve potential issues early on. In this family lounge, we discovered the main switchboards were in the way of a planned panel, allowing us to redesign and incorporate them seamlessly into the furniture.
This is a perfect example of why we tape layouts. We found that the planned eight-seater dining table would be too tight, clashing with curtains and AC units. This allowed us to consult the client to resize the table, avoiding costly mistakes.
The best time to plan your furniture is at the architectural stage. Here at a Dehradun site, we are chalking out the entire layout, from sofas to AC points, ensuring the home's structure and furniture plan work together from day one.
Before any brickwork begins, we create a life-sized block model of the furniture layout. This gives our clients at the DLF Camellias a true sense of space and scale, providing absolute clarity and confidence in the plan.
Comfort is personal. That's why we invite clients to our workshop to test the ergonomics of their furniture during the carcass stage. This ensures the final product is perfectly tailored to their body and comfort needs.
From our workshop to your home, our process is seamless. This video shows our team installing a large, double-sided sofa, showcasing the care and precision we take in every delivery and installation.
About this collection
We don't just build furniture; we validate it. Before anything goes into production, we perform site taping—physically marking your floor to check the flow, circulation, and scale of every unit. If a dining chair clashes with a curtain or a sofa blocks a passage, we catch it here. It is the difference between a home that looks good in a drawing and a home that actually works when you move in.
We started TIS Living because building a home used to be a stressful, guess-heavy experience. Our CCB (Comprehensive Customization Blueprint) framework is designed to remove that uncertainty entirely.
How we ensure transparency:
- Site Validation: We don't rely on renders alone. We visit your site, tape out the layouts, and check AC points and switchboard positions. This saves you from costly structural changes later.
- Workshop Access: You don't have to wait for delivery day to see if a sofa is comfortable. We invite you to our workshop during the carcass stage to test the ergonomics of your seating. If you need more back support or a different seat depth, we adjust it right there.
- Technical Clarity: You receive shop drawings, detailed design PPTs, and updates on your project. There are no hidden processes or sudden surprises.
Whether you are located in Gurugram or need our team to travel to your site in Guwahati or Mumbai, we apply the same rigor. We combine honest craftsmanship with a structural approach, ensuring that when we say 'custom,' it means every detail is measured and locked in for your specific space and lifestyle. As a bonus, we plant a tree for every piece of furniture we craft, so your home growth contributes to a little forest too.
