Engineering & Validation
- Blueprint Translation: Technical shop drawings created from your 3D render or reference image to ensure exact proportions.
- Carcass Sit-Test: A mandatory validation session at the Gurugram workshop during the raw framing stage to adjust seat depth, back angle, and lumbar support.
- Structural Frame: Chemically treated and seasoned Marandi or Steam Beech wood internal frame (guaranteed against borers/termites).
Material & Build
- Comfort Layer: Multi-density setup using 40D/50D High Resilience (HR) foam with a top layer of cloud foam/poly-fill.
- Suspension: High-tensile elastic webbing combined with Zig-zag springs for long-term shape retention.
- Upholstery: Mid-to-High range premium fabric allowance included (approx. INR 1,500/meter range) with Nano-coating for stain repellency.
- Base & Legs: Customization options including PVD finished metal legs (Gold/Rose Gold/Black) or wooden legs with brass caps.
Service
- Site Coordination: Pre-production measurement verification to ensure elevator and doorway access.

- If you’ve just got a mood board or a vibe, we suggest options that fit. This might mean a few surprises, but always within your design language.
