About Intensive On-Table Training
We don't just hit balls here. Every on-table session is designed to break down your stroke mechanics and rebuild them through repetition. Whether you are working on your serve, mastering spin, or fixing your footwork, we track your consistency with multi-ball drills and live robot-assisted training, ensuring that when you face an opponent, your response is muscle memory, not guesswork.
At our academy, on-table training is the cornerstone of development. We do not believe in just hitting the ball back and forth. You start with grip correction, moving into stance, and finally, complex stroke mechanics.
Building the Foundation
For beginners, we focus on the basics. This includes shakehand or penhold grip, stance alignment, and stroke repetition. This foundation prevents bad habits that are difficult to fix later. We use STAG professional tables and red synthetic mats to give you a match-like feel, even during practice sessions.
Advanced Technical Training
For advanced players, the intensity increases. We introduce robot-assisted drills to help with spin reading and reaction time. You will work on service variations, third-ball attacks, and playing against specialized rubbers like anti-power or pimpled setups to prepare for the fast pace of U11 to U17 state and district-level tournaments.
