Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Living for Luxury Penthouses
We design terraces and balconies that do not just sit outside; they act as an extension of your home's interior, blurring the lines with consistent materials and natural flow.
We designed this terrace as an outdoor living room, complete with a central fire pit for warmth and ambiance. Our custom-made, weather-resistant outdoor furniture ensures comfort without sacrificing style.
This covered outdoor lounge features custom sectional seating arranged under a dramatic, sculptural ceiling installation. The space is surrounded by greenery, creating a private oasis.

This image highlights the transition from the wooden deck of the terrace to the interior space. We used large planters and floor lamps to soften the architecture and create a resort-like feel.
The penthouse terrace was designed as a key entertainment zone. This view shows the outdoor bar area, crafted from concrete and stone, with a clear connection to the indoor living space.
This outdoor space features a fire pit and comfortable lounge seating, creating a perfect spot for evening relaxation. The design uses natural materials like wood and stone to blend with the open-air environment.

About this collection
We approach an outdoor space with the same structural rigor as your living room. Rather than dropping off-the-shelf furniture on a deck, we craft weather-resistant pieces that echo the design language of your indoor areas, ensuring your floor-to-ceiling glass doors reveal a cohesive sanctuary rather than a disjointed afterthought.
When we design a penthouse terrace or a balcony, our focus is on the transition. We use the same floor-to-ceiling window profiles as the interior to create a visual bridge. For our projects in places like M3M, we often extend the indoor marble or wood flooring out onto the deck to eliminate that jarring step down in feel. It is about temperature control and durability without giving up the aesthetic.
We use high-grade teak or metal-reinforced outdoor furniture that mirrors the silhouettes of our indoor sofas. Lighting is another critical layer. We move away from generic floodlights and instead integrate warm, recessed LEDs into floor channels or stone-clad pillars, mimicking the evening ambiance of your indoor lounge. Whether it is a fire pit for a chilly Gurugram winter evening or a custom bar for hosting, we build these elements to be permanent features, not seasonal accessories.
